The third anchor tenant of Elemental Business Centre will be Arvato Systems

The upcoming office building complex Elemental Business Centre in Skanste has signed an office lease agreement with the international IT service company Arvato Systems. According to the agreement, Arvato Systems will rent office premises on the 8th and 9th floors of one Elemental Business Centre building with a total area of 2300 m2.

Arvato Systems is already the third announced anchor tenant of the project. Dyninno Group, a group of information technology companies, and Spaces, a hybrid coworking space brand of international holding company IWG, were the first to be announced.

Elemental Business Centre sales manager Imants Krēsliņš says that with 25 offices in 9 countries, Arvato Systems is one of the global leaders in promoting employee well-being and an inclusive culture. The company’s offices around the world stand out for their high standards of office fit-out, which undoubtedly ensures employee satisfaction, loyalty and productivity.

“We are glad to sign an office lease agreement with one of the leading IT service providers in Latvia, Arvato Systems, which provides support to companies in their digital transformation. Arvato Systems is at the forefront of innovation in its field, and I am sure that opening an office in the premises of the Elemental Business Centre will help the company achieve its business goals. Arvato Systems becoming a part of the Elemental Business Centre project will undoubtedly promote our innovation and growth community,” says I. Krēsliņš.

Arvato Systems representatives say that the company currently has approximately 150 employees in Latvia, but it is planned to increase to 200 by the end of this year.

“At Arvato Systems, we pursue a modern office concept at all our locations. We are very keen to offer attractive workplaces in an attractive environment, where we combine flexibility with the best technical equipment and, of course, ensure that our employees can feel at home”, says Benjamin Dorsch, Managing Director at Arvato Systems Latvia. ”In the Elemental Business Centre, we find the best conditions for this and are therefore already looking forward to the upcoming relocation.”

Arvato Systems is an international IT services company with approximately 3,300 employees at more than 25 locations worldwide, specializing in IT solutions for digital transformation.

The opening of Arvato Systems office premises is planned simultaneously with the commissioning of the Elemental Business Centre in the fall of this year. The deal was done in cooperation with Kivi Real Estate.

The currently leased area in the business centre exceeds 10,000 m2, which is almost 50% of the total leasable area of the project.
