Elemental Business Centre has signed an office lease agreement with the IT company Primend

The upcoming office building complex Elemental Business Centre in Skanste has signed an office lease agreement with the IT company Primend. The area of the leased premises will be 330 m2, and it will be located on the same floor as the offices of CV Market and Kapitel, the developer of Elemental Business Centre.

Elemental Business Centre sales manager Imants Krēsliņš says that this is a great example of how several tenants can successfully share a floor of an office complex building.

“The goal of the IT company Primend is to take the Baltic companies to new heights, while we want to serve as a base for achieving this goal by providing the company with the best office solution. We are glad that Primend has found its new home with us in Elemental Business Centre, and we are sure that the company’s IT services will also be useful to other tenants of the office building complex. Primend is an excellent example that more compact offices can find the best solutions for themselves in Elemental Business Centre project,” says I. Krēsliņš.

He also adds that Primend services such as technical IT support, business analytics, SharePoint solutions and Microsoft 365 will definitely be useful for other tenants of Elemental Business Centre.

SIA Primend manager Mārtiņš Jurjāns states that Primend wishes to always cooperate with existing customers.

“When we found out that our good and long-standing client Kapitel is building a new office building in Riga, the concept of which goes hand in hand with the core values of Primend, there was no doubt that this could become our new home. After getting to know the new building and the surroundings, the contract was quickly signed,” says M. Jurjāns.

Primend was founded in 2014 in Estonia, and it is one of the fastest growing Estonian IT companies with offices in the capitals of all Baltic states. Primend office in Latvia was opened in 2019, and it is currently developing very rapidly, so the existing premises have become too small.

The opening of the Primend office is planned simultaneously with the commissioning of the Elemental Business Centre building in the fall of this year.

Elemental Business Centre is currently almost 50% leased. The already announced tenants include CV Market, Dyninno Group, Fiziocentrs, Spaces and others.
