Elemental Business Centre has signed a contract with the company Fracht
The upcoming office building complex Elemental Business Centre in Skanste has signed a lease agreement with the logistics and transport company Fracht. The company will rent office space on the sixth floor of one Elemental Business Centre building, and their total area will be 300 m2.
Elemental Business Centre sales manager Imants Krēsliņš says that Fracht plans to open its office in the first quarter of next year, thereby adding to the number of tenants on one floor of one Elemental Business Centre building.
“We are pleased that Elemental Business Centre was also chosen as the business home by a company that provides the highest quality services in the field of logistics. By moving to Elemental Business Centre building, Fracht will become a neighbor to other tenants on the same floor. This is a good example of how we can rent premises for smaller offices, by effectively planning the layout of the building’s floor and dividing one floor for several tenants,” said I. Krēsliņš.
According to Fracht representatives, Elemental Business Centre is an excellent place for the new office, as it provides not only a convenient location, but also a wide range of services for the well-being of employees:
“We chose to relocate to Elemental Business Centre complex because the well-being of our employees is important to us. Here are not only modern facilities, but also a wide range of daily services that cannot be found in other office complexes. It is also important that Elemental Business Centre has a very good location with easy access from all sides of Riga.”
Fracht is a logistics and transportation company that provides smart supply chain management and vehicle delivery solutions. The company has developed a specialized vehicle transport management platform that allows to easily track and manage the logistics process, from requests to delivery. This solution has already been used to transport more than one million new vehicles for manufacturers such as Renault, Porsche, BMW, Volkswagen, Audi and Skoda.
Elemental Business Centre office rental complex will be commissioned this autumn. 70% of the total leasable area of the project has already been leased.
Among the already announced tenants of Elemental Business Centre are the group of information technology companies Dyninno Group, the hybrid coworking space brand Spaces of the international holding IWG, the international IT service company Arvato Systems, Swedish financial holding company Marginalen AB group companies GelvoraSergel and Aizdevums.lv, the global digital services company Emergn, Fiziocentrs, SEO Brothers, and others.
