Elemental Business Centre signs office lease agreement with Digital Mind
The office rental complex Elemental Business Centre in Skanste has signed an office lease agreement with the Latvian technology company Digital Mind. The company will rent 335 m2 premises on the 7th floor of the Elemental Blue building. The new Digital Mind office at Elemental Business Centre will be opened this autumn. The company informs that the transaction took place in cooperation with the real estate consulting agency Colliers.
Digital Mind is a Latvian technology company founded in 2005, which provides its customers with business process digitalisation technology solutions. Over the years, Digital Mind has grown from a small start-up to an international company with offices in all Baltic states and Poland.
“Digital Mind is a development-oriented company for which it is important to keep up with the times, providing its customers with the highest class and quality services. Therefore, it is not surprising that the company chose Elemental Business Centre as the location of its new office. We see that our values and goal of ensuring sustainability and quality go hand in hand with modern companies’ vision of what a contemporary office should be. That is why we are especially pleased to have Digital Mind in our business centre, and we are sure that their presence here will also be useful for other tenants,” says Imants Krēsliņš, sales manager of Elemental Business Centre.
“Compared to the period before the pandemic, the hybrid work format places significantly different demands on the office concept. Enhancing our employees’ productivity and team collaboration, as well as the sustainability parameters of the environment in which we are located, were the main reasons for deciding to move to Elemental Business Centre. By engaging the specialists of Colliers Workplace Advisory, we have developed an office plan and design that meets modern work trends and the vision of our team. We are looking forward to housewarming!” explains Rinalds Sluckis, head of the Digital Mind group.
The associate director of Colliers Office Agency, Olga Mihailova, says: “Digital Mind’s choice in favour of Elemental Business Centre as a place to continue growth is natural. The highest quality, modern technological solutions, sustainability and the ability to flexibly plan the working environment are factors that are valued by the Digital Mind team. I wish Elemental Business Centre and Digital Mind a successful cooperation!”

About Elemental Business Centre:
In October of this year, the State Construction Control Bureau of Latvia commissioned Elemental Business Centre, the total investment of which exceeds 60 million euros. The construction works of the project were carried out by SIA Merks, and its developer is SIA Kapitel. Elemental Business Centre consists of two buildings with a total leasable area of 21,000 m2.
The project is on its way to receiving the BREEAM Outstanding rating, thus becoming the first building in Latvia with the highest possible rating. Elemental Business Centre buildings are also the first in Latvia, which are connected by a parametric facade. In the construction of buildings, energy piles were used, which are able to provide up to 72% of the building’s heating and cooling needs, significantly reducing the costs of utilities for tenants.
