Elemental Business Centre has signed a lease agreement with Restart daytime restaurant

The upcoming office rental complex Elemental Business Centre in Skanste has signed a lease agreement with the daytime restaurant Restart. According to the contract, Restart will be partially located both in the connecting part between the two project buildings and on the second floor of one building. The total area of the restaurant’s premises will be 400 m².

“From the very beginning, an essential prerequisite for Elemental Business Centre has been to provide not only top-class office space, but also top-class services. We are happy to announce that catering services will be provided by a new concept daytime restaurant Restart, which is known for its relaxed and at the same time refined atmosphere. I am sure that Restart will be liked not only by our tenants, but also by residents and guests of Skanstes neighborhood,” says Imants Krēsliņš, sales manager of Elemental Business Centre.

The concept of the Restart daytime restaurant is created for people who want to have a meal with added value in the interior and atmosphere, disconnect from work stress, not spend a lot of time and feel free. Aigars Kaugars, chairman of the board of Baltic Restaurants, says that Restart self-service will allow visitors to create their own ideal breakfast and lunch so that it is neither too much nor too little, and is exactly what they want.

A. Kaugurs also points out that the interior of Restart is created by interior designer Anda Ozoliņa, whose portfolio already includes the design of many popular restaurants and commercial spaces in Latvia and the world.

“Restart is a contemporary day restaurant in the office rental complex, which creates a sense of homeliness. The interior design is based on modern playful tones, natural materials, and play with design accessories that create personality for the room. Restart concept is designed so that the rest break between works is easy, relaxing and recharging not only with a meal, but also with the design of the room,” says A. Ozoliņa.

Daytime restaurant Restart will open in the Elemental Business Centre in the spring of 2024.

The office rental complex will be commissioned already this fall, and it is currently 70% leased. Among the tenants are such companies as Dyninno Group, Arvato Systems, CV Market, Emergn, Rimi, Fiziocentrs and others.

Elemental Business Centre is a new office rental project at Skanstes Street 25, Riga, with a leasable area of 21,000 m² across two ten-storey buildings. The project is currently under construction and the buildings will be commissioned this fall.
