Emergn has become the fifth anchor tenant of Elemental Business Centre
The upcoming office building complex Elemental Business Centre in Skanste has signed an office lease agreement with the digital business services company Emergn. With the conclusion of the cooperation, Emergn has become the fifth anchor tenant of the project.
The office of the global digital services company Emergn will be located on the 3rd floor of one Elemental Business Centre building with a private terrace – the total area of the leased premises will be 1200 m2. As sales manager of Elemental Business Centre Imants Krēsliņš says, the mission of Emergn is to improve the way people and companies work. The fact that Emergn chose one of the most modern and sustainable office building complexes in Riga as the location of its office proves its determination to improve the working environment conditions for its employees, and to take care of its clients.
“We are glad that another flagship of the IT industry, Emergn, has joined our tenant portfolio, and we are sure that the company’s services will also be appreciated by other tenants of Elemental Business Centre. As the hybrid work model becomes stronger, it has become essential for companies to find flexible office solutions, putting the quality of work spaces and the well-being of employees in the foreground. By joining the Elemental Business Centre, Emergn shows an excellent example of how, by renting premises in a high-class office building, it is possible to optimise not only the planning of the office, but also its rental costs,” says I. Krēsliņš.
Emergn is represented in more than a dozen countries and has two headquarters in Boston, USA, and London, UK, where the central office for the Europe, Middle East and Africa (EMEA) region is located. With more than 350 employees in two offices – Riga and Liepāja – Latvia has become the country with the largest number of Emergn employees.
“People are our greatest value, so the well-being of employees is one of the basic principles of Emergn, which we confirm not only in words, but also in actions. Although office space is no longer the only working environment for our colleagues, face-to-face meetings still provide an invaluable sense of community and belonging, which is an important part of company culture. We are pleased that the Emergn office will be located in a modern building complex, which is suitable for the current needs of the company and will create a pleasant environment for both employees and customers,” says Aldis Ērglis, head of Emergn Latvia.
The opening of the Emergn office in the Elemental Business Centre building is planned for the 1st quarter of 2024.
The Elemental Business Centre office rental complex will be opened already this autumn, and 70% of the total leasable area of the project has already been leased.
Among the already announced anchor tenants of Elemental Business Centre are also the group of information technology companies Dyninno Group, the hybrid coworking space brand Spaces of the international holding IWG, the international IT services company Arvato Systems, and the Swedish financial holding company Marginalen AB group companies GelvoraSergel and Aizdevums.lv.
