Complete Environment

The first phase will see the completion of two 10-storey buildings containing 20 500 m² of leasable area, 367 underground and 240 over ground parking spaces in the beginning of 2022.

No spatial limitations

After completion of all building stages, ELEMENTAL SKANSTE will include five office buildings with the total leasable area of 41 400 m2, a multi-story parking space for 1104 cars and more underground parking space of some buildings
We aim for highest quality office complex for the companies treasuring their employees, partners and clients.

Smart design

The design of the building was developed by the Estonian architecture company Arhitektuuribüroo Pluss in cooperation with its Latvian partner SIA Birojs T22. The complex will consist of energy efficient and sustainable Class A office buildings developed in the BIM system and in line with the BREEAM standards. Before development of the construction plan, in 2017, a procedure of environmental impact assessment was conducted.

ELEMENTAL is designed to set a new standard in functionality through its complete lifespan.“
